A che ora è il check-in?

Il check-in è disponibile a partire dalle 14:00.
È comunque garantito anche in caso di arrivo serale. Per arrivi dopo le 20:00 è previsto un piccolo supplemento per l’assistenza dedicata.

A che ora è il check-out?

Il check-out è previsto entro le 10:30.

È possibile effettuare il check-in in tarda serata?

Sì, il check-in è garantito, ma deve essere organizzato in anticipo.
⏰ dalle 20:00 alle 24:00 è previsto un supplemento di €20 in quanto un incaricato verrà chiamato appositamente per accogliervi.
⏰ oltre le 24:00, l’arrivo deve essere concordato preventivamente con la struttura
👉 Il check-in tardivo deve sempre essere richiesto in anticipo ed è valido solo previa conferma della struttura.

I bambini pagano?

👶 I bambini fino a 12 anni soggiornano gratuitamente.
Il sistema di prenotazione consente di indicare solo gli adulti: in caso di presenza di minori, è indispensabile comunicarlo via email per consentirci di preparare correttamente la camera.

Come devo prenotare se viaggio con bambini?

È sufficiente:
prenotare indicando solo gli adulti
inviare una email indicando numero ed età dei bambini.

È disponibile il deposito bagagli?

Il deposito bagagli è generalmente disponibile, prima del check-in e dopo il check-out, previo accordo con la struttura e in base alla disponibilità.

È disponibile il parcheggio?

La struttura non dispone di parcheggio privato.
Sono presenti parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze; saremo lieti di fornire indicazioni utili.

Come posso raggiungervi dal porto o dalla metro?

La struttura si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal Porto di Napoli (Molo Beverello) e dalla Metro Municipio, facilmente raggiungibile anche dalla Stazione Centrale e dall’Aeroporto.

Accettate animali?

Sì, la struttura è pet friendly.
Gli animali domestici sono ammessi previo accordo con la struttura e comunicazione anticipata al momento della prenotazione, al fine di organizzare al meglio il soggiorno.

It is guaranteed even in case of late arrival. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a small supplement applies for dedicated assistance.

Is luggage storage available?

Luggage storage is generally available before check-in and after check-out, subject to availability and prior agreement with the property.

Is parking available?

The property does not have private parking.
There are paid parking facilities nearby, and we will be happy to provide useful directions.

How can I reach the property from the port or the metro?

The property is located just a few minutes’ walk from the Port of Naples (Molo Beverello) and Metro Municipio, and is easily reachable from both the Central Train Station and the Airport.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, the property is pet friendly.
Pets are allowed upon prior request and confirmation by the property, in order to best organize your stay.
